TO MY COACHES, ALL STAR GIRLS AND PARENTS

As we approach our 2009 10U Silver All Star season, I am very excited to be able to work and learn more from my coaches again.  They are the rock of this team.  As for my girls, I am really proud of everyone of you for being part of OUR team.  All we ask as coaches is that you try your best and don't give up, no matter how tough it gets.  You have 11 other sisters on your team that will pick you up.  That's team work.  It's always a good thing in life to learn adversity(when you have a bad day on the field you will need to learn that it's Okay and get ready to work even harder the next day.)  Everday is a different day and you never know what it will bring.  As long as you put your heart and mind into anything, you will SUCCEED! 

Now, all my parents, please sit back and come along for a great ride.  You will be able to watch THE BEST SHOW ON DIRT!  Your girls will amaze you by the time it's all over.  We don't expect them to make every play or even hit every pitch.  It's what they learn from this experience that is amazing.  It's their game now, so let them make the best of it. 

I always save the best for last which is my team mama's.  We all know with out them none of this is possible.  They are the back bone of the team.  They love the girls like their own and will take care of them.

I really want to say to all of you...Thank you for letting me be a part of this.
